Description

L-tyrosine belongs to the non-essential proteinogenic amino acids and in this case to the neurotransmitters, which are the messenger substances of the nervous system.

L-tyrosine also promotes the production of the happiness hormone dopamine, which can have a positive effect on mood, concentration and reaction times.
