Description

L-glutamine is one of the semi-essential amino acids that our body produces itself in small quantities, but the majority of which must be taken in through food.

In its free form, pure L-glutamine is the most common amino acid in muscle tissue, accounting for around 60 per cent, and plays an important role in protein synthesis and other metabolic processes.
