Description
γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a non-proteinogenic amino acid and, along with glutamate, is an important neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.
GABA can slow down many stimuli so that it can have a positive effect on stress and sleep.
- Free from gluten, lactose, flavourings, preservatives, magnesium stearate and, of course, GMO-free
- Independently laboratory-tested for contamination and impurities, such as heavy metals, mould, E. coli, salmonella and other relevant test criteria
Recommended intake
Take 1 - 4 capsules daily with sufficient liquid before going to bed.
