Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for our body and are mainly absorbed through marine food.

Algae oil is the perfect source of omega-3 for all those who have little sea fish in their diet or completely avoid fish due to a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Each capsule contains 500 mg algae oil, with a content of 40 percent → DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 20 percent → EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
