Organic psyllium husk flour or powder is the finest form of psyllium husk.
The highly swelling properties of this product make it an ideal support for a diet or for colon cleansing and intestinal rehabilitation as well as for acute constipation.
As required, up to 5 g daily with plenty (!) of water or other liquid.
The psyllium husk powder can be pre-soaked or consumed with other foods followed by plenty of liquid.
