Description
The Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is also known as Ling Zi or shiny lacquer mushroom and is considered the king of medicinal and vitalising mushrooms.
Reishi contains over 400 bioactive substances, including an estimated 140 different triterpenes, 100 different polysaccharides as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iron, copper, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and D and all essential amino acids.
Compared to many other products on the market, our mushroom powder is grown and processed to the highest standards.
Recommended intake
Stir approx. 3 g (2 level to slightly heaped teaspoons) into some liquid or e.g. yoghurt, muesli, etc. at once or in 2 portions (morning and evening).
