According to tradition, reishi has been used as a natural remedy in Asia for around 4,000 years, making it the oldest known medicinal and vital mushroom.
With over 400 bioactive substances, including an estimated 140 different triterpenes, 100 different polysaccharides as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iron, copper, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and D and all essential amino acids, the mushroom is practically nature’s medicine cabinet, offering a wide range of applications.
The literature already supports the therapeutic benefits of active ingredients contained in Ganoderma lucidum for the treatment of various ailments or diseases, but due to the European Health Claims Regulation we are not allowed to go into more detail here.

Consumption recommendation:
Dissolve approx. 3 g (2 level to slightly heaped teaspoons) in a little liquid or stir into yoghurt, muesli, etc., either all at once or in 2 portions.
