They have a positive effect on the feeling of satiety and digestion due to their highly swelling properties and can therefore also be used to support a diet.

The psyllium husks can be pre-soaked or consumed with other foods followed by plenty of liquid.
Psyllium husks can impair the absorption of medicines and should therefore be used at least 1 hour before taking medicines.
