The pure pistachio butter gives you 100% roasted pistachios and therefore pure flavour, while pistachio butter with white chocolate gets its well-rounded flavour from 69% pistachios, 30% white chocolate and a little vanilla flavouring, with the white chocolate sweetened with maltitol instead of conventional sugar.

Wonderfully creamy and ideal as a spread or for refining dishes, desserts and more.
