Glucosamine sulphate, coating agent: bovine gelatine, frankincense extract (of which 65% boswellic acids), chondroitin, curcuma extract (of which 95% curcumin), anti-caking agent: rice extract, quercetin, methylsulphonylmethane, L-methionine, bromelain, rose hip extract.
Recommended intake
Take 2-5 capsules daily spread over the day with sufficient liquid.
