Schwarzkümmel (Nigella sativa) enthält einen hohen Anteil an ungesättigten Fettsäuren und zahlreiche Mineralstoffe, Vitamine, Aminosäuren und ätherische Öle.
Zudem sind in jeder Kapsel 5 mg natürliches → Vitamin E enthalten, welches nicht nur das Schwarzkümmelöl schützt, sondern auch im Körper ein starkes Antioxydans ist.
