Description

Oligomere Proanthocyanidine (OPC) kommen in unterschiedlichen Pflanzen vor, werden aber vorwiegend aus den Kernen roter und blauer Weintrauben gewonnen.

Sie gehören zu den sekundären Pflanzenstoffen und hierbei zur Gruppe der Flavonoide.

Die Einnahme von OPC kann sinnvoll durch → Vitamin C ergänzt werden.

Der OPC-Gehalt einer Kapsel beträgt:

→ nach HPLC Methode: 350 mg OPC (70% Oligomere Proanthocyanidine)
→ nach Bate/Smith Methode: 450 mg OPC (95% Oligomere Proanthocyanidine)
