Da wir Omega 3, welches uns EPA (Eicosapentaensäure) und DHA (Docosahaexensäure) liefert nicht selber produzieren können müssen wir es über maritime Nahrung, oder aber als effektives Supplement in Form von Fischölkapseln einnehmen.
