MSM ist die Abkürzung für Methylsulfonylmethan und eine natürliche, organische Schwefelverbindung.
Im menschlichen Körper ist diese Substanz lebensnotwendig und an zahlreichen wichtigen Vorgängen beteiligt, kommt aber glücklicherweise in einer Vielzahl Lebensmittel vor.
Leider wird sie dort durch die Weiterverarbeitung, wie z.B. dem Erhitzen oftmals sehr stark reduziert, sodass es zu einem Mangel kommen kann.
