Description

MSM is the abbreviation for methylsulphonylmethane and is a natural, organic sulphur compound.

In the human body, this substance is vital and is involved in numerous important processes, but fortunately is found in a variety of foods.

Unfortunately, it is often greatly reduced by further processing, such as heating, which can lead to a deficiency.
