Description
Glycin ist eine nicht-essentielle, proteinogene Aminosäure und wird vom Körper für die Bildung von u.a. Glutathion, Cholin, Porphyrine, Purine, Creatin, Collagen und Hämoglobin benötigt.
Des weiteren ist Glycin die an der häufigsten vertretenen Aminosäure des Kollagens.
Das Pulver ist sehr gut wasserlöslich, besitzt einen leicht süßlichen Geschmack und reicht bei 1,5 Gramm täglich für über 700 Portionen.
