Description
Astaxanthin ist ein starkes natürliches Antioxidans und gehört zu den Carotinoiden.
Produziert wird es unter anderem von Algen, insbesondere der Mikroalge Haematococcus pluvialis, die auch die Grundlage für dieses Produkt darstellt.
Einige Studien haben ergeben, das Astaxanthin hundertfach stärker wirken kann als zum Beispiel die Vitamine C und E sowie Q10, die ebenfalls zu den Antioxidantien zählen.
Angereichert ist das Produkt zudem mit natürlichem Vitamin E, welches ein weiteres starkes Antioxidant darstellt.
