Description
As a semi-essential amino acid, we must ingest the majority of L-glutamine through our diet.
The importance of L-glutamine for the body is demonstrated by its high proportion of around 60 % of all amino acids in muscle tissue.
There it is responsible for various metabolic processes and in particular for protein synthesis.
Supplementation in capsule form makes it easy to take, especially directly after training, as capsules are easy to take with you.

Recommended intake
On training days, take up to 6 capsules after training with sufficient liquid.
