Description
The fruits of the saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) are rich in phytosterols and fatty acids and are used in medicine to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia in men.
Often propagated effects, e.g. against prostate cancer, hair loss, etc. are quite possible, but not sufficiently proven.

Ingredients
Saw palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens, contains 5% phytosterols), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), anti-caking agent: rice extract.
Recommended intake
1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.
