Do you ship to the EU?

No. We currently only ship directly to delivery addresses in Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Do you live in another EU country but would still like to place an order with us?
No problem: You can have your order sent to a German delivery address. This could be the address of friends, acquaintances or work colleagues, for example.

If you do not have your own German delivery address, you can also use a provider offering collection and forwarding addresses.

DE2EU Logistik offers a permanent, free German receiving address for this purpose and, on request, forwards your parcel to your chosen destination country.
Shipping to a DE2EU address is free of charge with us. You pay the applicable costs for forwarding directly to DE2EU Logistik.

Our delivery service ends upon delivery to the German delivery address you have provided.
We do not arrange any subsequent forwarding to your destination country, and this is not part of our contract of sale or delivery.

Any subsequent forwarding is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions and charges of the respective forwarding provider.
