Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United
Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Customers from EU countries are asked to review the relevant information.

In addition to the listed product prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee, which is shown in detail in the shopping cart and on the order page.

European Union (EU):

We currently do not ship to consumers with delivery addresses in EU countries outside of Germany.

Provision of digital gift cards:

There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital gift cards.

– Digital gift certificates are sent as a file via email within 1 hour of contract conclusion (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon,
the time the payment instruction is issued).

– Digital gift certificates are provided via a link sent by email.
This email, containing the access information for the digital gift certificates, will be sent within 1 hour of
the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of the payment instruction).

– Digital gift certificates are made available in the customer’s account.
They are made available within 1 hour after the contract is concluded (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of the
payment instruction).
