Ingredients
Calcium carbonate DC, magnesium bisglycinate, vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Rhodiola rosea extract 5:1, Ashwagandha extract 10:1, iron bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, Affron® patented saffron extract 3:1 (Crocus sativus, standardised to ≥3.5% Lepticrosalides®), monk’s pepper extract 10:1, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Biofolate® (5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin).
Recommended use
Take up to 6 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.
