Notice regarding deliveries within the EU

Due to applicable EU packaging requirements, we currently cannot deliver to private customers with a delivery address in EU member states outside Germany.

If you have a delivery address in Germany, you can use it for your order.

Deliveries within Germany and to non-EU countries remain possible.

Registered resellers are also supplied within the EU.

Can I use a German delivery address?

Yes. We deliver within Germany to the German delivery address you specify, regardless of where you are ordering from.

If you do not have a German delivery address yourself, you can generally use a delivery address of your choice at the home of friends, acquaintances, colleagues, etc.

Furthermore, various providers of receiving and forwarding addresses are available on the market for this purpose.

A separate shipping option for delivery to the receiving address of DE2EU Logistics will soon be available in our shop.

Do you ship to the EU?

No. We currently ship to delivery addresses in Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Customers from an EU member state have the option of having the goods sent to a delivery address in one of the aforementioned countries.
