Hericium erinaceus is also known as hedgehog’s goatee, monkey’s head mushroom, lion’s mane or, in France, pompon blanc.
It is used in Far Eastern medicine for stomach and respiratory problems, nervous disorders, high cholerosterol levels, cancer and a weakened immune system.
Compared to many other products on the market, our mushroom powder is grown and processed to the highest standards.
Stir approx. 3 g (2 level teaspoons) into some liquid or e.g. yoghurt, muesli, etc. at once or in 2 portions (morning and evening).
