Description
Apple cider vinegar is produced through the fermentation of apples and is normally used in liquid form both in the kitchen and as a dietary supplement.
Although we don’t really see the point of taking apple cider vinegar in tablet form, we don’t want to withhold the product from you.

Recommended intake
1-2 tablets daily with sufficient liquid with a meal.
