Magnesium bisglycinate, vegetable capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium L-ascorbate, grape seed extract, zinc bisglycinate, inositol hexanicotinate, L-choline bitartrate, D-alpha-tocopherol succinate, calcium D-pantothenate, selenomethionine, ubiquinone, myo-inositol, retinyl palmitate, sodium molybdate, manganese gluconate, cholecalciferol, riboflavin 5 ́phosphate, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, menaquinone MK-7 (K2VITAL®, All-trans 99+%), thiamine mononitrate, copper bisglycinate, phylloquinone, chromium picolinate, folic acid as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt (Magnafolate® Pro), D-biotin, potassium iodide, methylcobalamin.
Recommended intake
1-2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.
