High-dose caffeine tablets with 200 mg caffeine per tablet.
Has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system.
The dosage of one tablet corresponds to about half a litre of coffee / energy drink or 0.8 litres of green tea or two litres of cola.

Recommended intake
Maximum 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.

Too much caffeine can cause irritability, insomnia, nervousness and, in exceptional cases, palpitations.
