Description
Black cumin (Nigella sativa) contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and numerous minerals, vitamins, amino acids and essential oils.
Each capsule also contains 5 mg of natural → vitamin E, which not only protects the black cumin oil but is also a powerful antioxidant in the body.

Ingredients
Cold-pressed black cumin oil (lat. Nigella sative), coating agent: softgel capsule made from gelatine (bovine gelatine), D-alpha tocopherol, (natural vitamin E from GMO-free soya beans), humectant: glycerol.
Recommended intake
2 capsules daily (1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening) with sufficient liquid.
