Description

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for our body and must be taken in through food.

Each omega-3 fish oil capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 800 mg is pure omega-3. This is broken down into 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA.

The 2:1 EPA:DHA ratio corresponds to the scientifically recommended ratio of eicosapentaenoic acid to docosahexaenoic acid.

Because it is in triglyceride form, the omega-3 is highly bioavailable and is absorbed by the body in the best possible way.
