Polyunsaturated fatty acids are essential for our body.

As we cannot produce omega 3, which provides us with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahaexenoic acid), ourselves, we have to take it through our maritime diet or as an effective supplement in the form of fish oil capsules, for example.
