Description

Melatonin is the body’s own sleep hormone and controls our day-night rhythm, i.e. our ‘internal clock’, with the help of its ‘counterpart’ cortisol.
It is therefore the most natural form of sleep promotion.

In the case of sleep disorders, it is therefore better to use our body’s own hormone rather than a chemical sleep aid, which in many cases can also cause dependencies and intolerances. This risk does not exist with melatonin.

Melatonin can also be easily combined with other calming substances such as hops, valerian or similar without causing any undesirable effects.

  • 100% vegan
  • Free from gluten, lactose, flavourings, preservatives, magnesium stearate and, of course, GMO-free
  • Independently laboratory-tested for contamination and impurities, such as heavy metals, mould, E. coli, salmonella and other relevant test criteria

Recommended intake

1 tablet about 30 minutes before going to bed with sufficient liquid.
For jet lag, 1/2 tablet just before going to bed is often enough.
