→ Magnesium plays an important role in our body and is found in various compounds.

Magnesium oxide has the same high bioequivalence and usability as magnesium citrate, but according to a scientific study by Shechter et al. (2012), it offers significantly better intracellular storage of magnesium compared to magnesium citrate after several weeks of ingestion.
