Erbsenprotein bietet einen hohen Eiweißanteil von 87% Protein insgesamt mit einem hohen Gehalt von mehr als 7 % Arginin sowie 6 % Lysin und enthält außerdem viel natürliches Eisen, Phosphor und Calcium.
