The powder consists of 7(!) coordinated protein sources and, with a protein content of 75 per cent, not only has an excellent nutritional value and amino acid profile, but also offers an optimally distributed, even and long-lasting protein supply thanks to the different speeds at which the individual protein sources are metabolised.
The powder is ultra-fine and can be easily dissolved in water, milk or milk substitute drinks.
It is also ideal as a dessert, for refining muesli, yoghurt, quark, etc.

Recommended intake
Dissolve 28 g powder (1 scoop) in 350 ml liquid.
Shake well in a shaker for about 20 seconds.
The daily dose can of course also be divided into 2 portions.
Tip for a delicious dessert consistency:
Dissolve the same amount of powder in approx. 150 ml of liquid.
