Description

Magnesium Triple Complex is a magnesium preparation with 3 highly bioavailable magnesium compounds.

→ Magnesium serves as a cofactor for around 300 different proteins, especially in ATP and nucleic acid-binding enzymes, and is therefore important for our body.

Each capsule provides 250 mg magnesium bisglycinate, 250 mg magnesium malate and 250 mg tri-magnesium dicitrate, together 125 mg elemental magnesium, corresponding to 33.33% of the recommended daily intake.
