Description
Arginine and citrulline are most commonly found in pre-workout boosters and pump supplements and are highly valued not only by bodybuilders and strength athletes due to their powerful combination.
They belong to the semi-essential amino acids and, through their combination, bring about a sustained metabolic process, such as nitrogen production.
Arginine has a positive effect on the blood vessels and is therefore of interest not only for use in sport but also in general prevention and men’s health.
L-citrulline is a precursor of L-arginine.
It is only converted to arginine in the kidneys and is therefore available with a time delay, which ensures a long-lasting and consistent supply of arginine thanks to the time release effect.
