Description
Ashwagandha is a traditional medicinal plant that primarily contains alkaloids and withanolides.
Ashwagandha Triple Complex consists of organic ashwagandha powder plus 2 ashwagandha 10:1 root extracts and black pepper extract with piperine.
Ashwagandha is thought to have a calming or stress-reducing effect, although this has not yet been sufficiently proven by further studies.
