Description
Acetyl L-carnitine is similar in nature to the amino acid L-carnitine.
The properties of acetyl L-carnitine include the metabolisation of food and its conversion into energy. Compared to L-carnitine, acetyl L-carnitine can be absorbed faster and more effectively by the cells and therefore used more effectively by the body.
